Supporting the Resilience of Eco-Inclusive Enterprises during the COVID-19 Pandemic
Online workshop series for SEED supported enterprises
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, enterprises around the world are now facing several sudden challenges such as not generating revenues anymore, missing customer base, productions on-hold, transport constraints et cetera. In order to support eco-inclusive enterprises that are or have been part of the SEED programme, SEED has launched an online workshop series tackling these issues eco-inclusive enterprises are currently encountering.
The online workshop series
During the workshops, SEED will provide SEED eco-inclusive enterprises with the most relevant tools to work on enterprise resilience. The workshops will make use of the Zoom conferencing software allowing for break-out and working in small virtual groups. The online discussions will utilise MURAL, a collaborative online tool, which will allow individuals to work visually and collaboratively on the resilience tools. The tools are based on design thinking and user-centered frameworks allowing the participants to work on their own questions and their real-life cases. The two-hours long workshops will take place on a weekly basis from 6th of May until 28th of May.
Topics of the workshop series
-
Cutting costs: How to cut costs under the constraints imposed by COVID-19
-
