Business Development Services Support+ (BDS+)

L'écologisation des Business Development Services (BDS, services de développement des entreprises) est devenue un élément important de nos efforts visant à créer des environnements plus propices à la prospérité des petites, moyennes et microentreprises. BDS+ développe les capacités d’une sélection de fournisseurs de services de développement des entreprises locaux à travers des ateliers de Formation de Formateurs qui utilisent du matériel de formation adapté et des pratiques pertinentes basés sur l’outil SEED Enterprise Blueprint (schéma d’entreprise de SEED). La formation comprend plus de 20 outils de gestion d’entreprise ainsi que des études de cas, des exercices, des lignes directrices et des modèles qui sont spécialement conçus pour valoriser les impacts sociaux, environnementaux et économiques des entreprises. Les formateurs BDS+ améliorent continuellement leurs compétences et leurs connaissances par le biais du réseau BDS+, de leur accès à la plate-forme de connaissances SEED et d'un échange de bonnes pratiques en matière d'apprentissage par les pairs.

Pour renforcer les capacités de certains fournisseurs locaux de BDS, SEED a organisé trois événements de Formation des Formateurs en 2014: au Malawi, en Namibie et au Mozambique. Celles-ci ont réuni plus de 50 participants d'entreprises et d'institutions telles que l'Institut des Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (SMEDI), Oxfam, des ministères, des universités et des associations professionnelles pour explorer des modèles économiques sociaux et environnementaux. En 2015, deux autres évènements de Formation de Formateurs ont eu lieu en Afrique du Sud. En 2016, des activités de Formation de Formateurs on été mises en œuvre au Ghana, au Kenya, à l’Île Maurice, en Afrique du Sud et en Ouganda dans le cadre du projet SWICH-Africa Green financé par l'UE.

Kenya Training

With the generous support of SWITCH-Africa Green, SEED hosted a 4-day BDS+ ToT programme from 11-14 October 2016 in Nairobi, Kenya. Twenty-four participants from a variety of support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for eco-enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint.

Malawi Training

SEED BDS in MalawiFrom 29-31 July 2014, SEED held a first Training of Trainers workshop on "Social and Environmental Enterprise Development" in Lilongwe, Malawi. 18 participants from support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for social and environmental enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint. Namibia Training

SEED BDS in NamibiaFrom 29 September to 2 October 2014, SEED held its second Training of Trainers workshop on "Social and Environmental Enterprise Development" in Windhoek, Namibia. 11 participants from support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for social and environmental enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint. Mozambique Training

South Africa Training - Pretoria

South Africa Training - PretoriaFrom 16 to 18 March 2015, SEED held its fourth Training of Trainers workshops on "Social and Environmental Enterprise Development" in Pretoria, South Africa. 12 participants from a variety of support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for social and environmental enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint. South Africa Training - Cape Town

Uganda Training

Tot UgandaFrom 22 to 24 February 2016 SEED in partnership with SWITCH-Africa Green and B-Space held its sixth Training of Trainers workshop on "Social and Environmental Enterprise Development" in Kampala, Uganda. 19 participants from a variety of support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for social and environmental enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint. 

Mauritius Training 

DSC08231From 20 to 23 April 2016 SEED in partnership with SWITCH-Africa Green held its seventhTraining of Trainers workshop on "Eco-Enterprise Development" in Quatre Bornes, Mauritius. 16 participants from a variety of support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for eco-enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint.

Ghana Training Ghana BDS

From 5 to 8 July 2016 SEED in partnership with SWITCH-Africa Green held its eighth Training of Trainers workshop on "Eco-Enterprise Development" in Accra, Ghana. 21 participants from a variety of support organisations were trained in developing tailored support services for eco-enterprises on the basis of SEED's Enterprise Blueprint.
